Walking degree is a measure of walking, and it indicates how much of a day includes sightseeing on foot, expressed in three levels of "walking degree".

If you are a group of 3 people and wish to book 2 rooms, we will arrange 2 rooms for you with the additional charge for single room for 3 people. The room charge will be posted approximately one month prior to departure.
Earphones (receivers) are not allowed in checked baggage or carry-on baggage if airline regulations prohibit their use. This may limit the guide's explanations indoors, and you may be asked to visit the site on your own after the explanation outdoors.
Fuel surcharge is not included in the trip price. The amount will be fixed at least 30 days prior to departure. The surcharge must be paid together with the trip fee prior to departure. Fuel surcharge is based on the IATA published ticketing rate (BSR) in Japanese yen. Please click here for the fuel surcharge (approximate amount) of each airline.
No airline system fees will be charged. No additional fees will be charged in the event that an airline system fee is established in the future.


Minimum number of participants
The tour may be cancelled in the event that the number of passengers is less than the minimum number of passengers for whom a travel contract has been concluded at least 60 days prior to the day before departure.

Terms and Conditions of Participation
Children under 12 years old are not allowed to participate.
Depending on the country, if only the minor, or the surname of the minor and the accompanying person over 18 years of age are different, or if one of the parents is accompanying the minor, the applicant is required to obtain the necessary documents for entry in advance. For details, please contact the embassy directly.
In accordance with the hotel's business regulations, the hotel may not accept a minor to stay alone or to stay in a single room with a minor, even if accompanied by a guardian.

About the final itinerary
The final itinerary is only available in digital format for viewing on your smartphone or computer.

Items to be confirmed

    1. Fares and charges for air, sea, rail and other modes of transportation specified in the itinerary (such fares and charges do not include additional fares and charges imposed by the transportation agency [only those that are uniformly imposed on all travelers for a certain period and under certain conditions in order to respond to abnormal fluctuations in cost levels]). The fare and charge does not include the fare and charge imposed by the transportation agency. (In addition, some courses offer a choice of grade and others use a specific grade, which will be clearly indicated in the pamphlet or on the Internet homepage.)
    2. Fees for transportation included in the itinerary (airport/station/wharf and lodging location/unless otherwise indicated as "at customer's expense" in the itinerary)

    4. The price of accommodation and tax and service charges as specified in the itinerary (unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary as "at the expense of the customer").     6. Charges for baggage transport by aircraft
      Baggage transportation charges within the free baggage allowance specified by the airline (please contact the airline for details, as they vary depending on the airline, class of service, and destination). The transportation of baggage will be performed by the relevant carrier, and we will act as an agent for the carrier to complete the transportation procedures. Some baggage may not be included in the baggage allowance due to the airline's baggage charge.)
    7. Local baggage transportation fee (not included in some courses).
      However, due to the absence of porters at some airports, train stations, ports, and hotels, passengers may be asked to carry their own luggage.
    8. Accompanying fee for courses accompanied by a tour conductor
      In principle, the above fees will not be refunded even if you do not use a part of the tour for your own convenience.
    9. Fuel surcharge for courses including fuel surcharge
      No additional surcharges or refunds will be made in the event of any increase or decrease in fuel surcharges set by the airlines for the applicable course.
    1. The tour price does not include any other items except those listed in (1) through (9) of the preceding paragraph. Some examples are shown below.

      1. Excess baggage charge (for the portion exceeding a specific weight, volume, or quantity)
      2. Baggage transportation charges set by each airline, charged meals and beverages, etc., and the charged portion of baggage set by the airline in the preceding paragraph (6).
      3. Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, tips to hotel and restaurant staff, and other additional food and beverage expenses, as well as associated taxes and service charges
      4. Travel document-related expenses (passport stamp fee, visa fee, vaccination fee, and travel document agent fee)

Additional fares and charges imposed by the transportation agency (e.g. fuel surcharge) *If the amount of additional fares and charges set by the transportation agency is changed, we will collect the additional amount if the amount is increased, or refund the amount if the amount is decreased or eliminated.       7. Taxes and service charges for accommodations specified as "to be borne by the customer" in the itinerary in the preceding paragraph (4).

      9. Transportation expenses from home to the departure and arrival airports and other meeting/dismissal points in Japan, as well as lodging expenses on the day before the trip starts and on the day of the end of the trip.

Fuel surcharge is an additional fare not included in the ticket price, which airlines apply to and receive approval from the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.       2. If the fuel surcharge is not included in the tour price, the fuel surcharge is subject to change depending on the cost level and exchange rate fluctuations. We will notify you in the event of any change.
      • This does not apply to "Fuel Surcharge for Ships". Separate payment is required.
    1. The tour fee does not include airport passenger service facility charges and airport taxes that are required to be collected at the time of ticket issuance. They must be paid separately along with the tour fee. Please note that airport taxes may be charged locally depending on the country.
    2. The amount collected may change in the event of new or changed airport taxes.

      1. Passengers are responsible for completing travel procedures such as passports, visas, and vaccination certificates required for their trip. However, we will provide partial travel procedures on your behalf as a separate contract with a predetermined fee.
        In such cases, the Company shall not be liable for any failure to obtain passports, visas, etc. due to reasons attributable to the passenger himself/herself.
      2. Depending on the destination country or region, there may be cases where a valid remaining period of validity is required in the passport or a visa is required. Please confirm the information in the brochure, Internet homepage, or other documents provided separately.
      3. Foreign nationals are required to confirm the following items for themselves.

      • Re-entry procedures to Japan
    1. The travel contract is considered to be concluded when the reservation completion screen is displayed after the reservation details final confirmation screen and the payment information input screen.
    2. The Explanatory Statement of Terms and Conditions will be delivered in the form of an on-screen display (HTML).
    3. Reservations will be accepted by JTB Corporation. Once a reservation has been made, no changes can be made to the store handling the reservation.
    1. Those under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian's written consent; those under 15 years of age or junior high school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    2. For trips targeting a specific group of customers or having a specific purpose of travel, we reserve the right to refuse participation if the gender, age, qualifications, skills, or other conditions do not meet our specified conditions.
    3. If a customer is found to be a gangster, a member of a gang, a person related to a gang, or any other anti-social force, we reserve the right to refuse participation.
    4. We reserve the right to refuse your participation in the tour if you make violent or unreasonable demands or use threatening language or violence in connection with transactions with us.
    5. We reserve the right to refuse your participation if you spread false rumors or use deception or force to damage our credibility or obstruct our business.
    6. If you are in poor health, use a wheelchair or other equipment, have a mental or physical disability, are allergic to food or animals, are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are traveling with a service dog for the physically disabled (guide dog, hearing dog, or service dog), or require other special consideration, please inform us when applying for the tour, (Please inform us immediately if any of these conditions arise after the tour contract has been concluded.) Please inform us immediately if you have any of the above conditions after the contract has been concluded. (Please notify us immediately even if you develop such a condition after the tour contract is concluded.
    7. If we receive a request as described in the preceding item, we will comply with the request to the extent possible and reasonable. In doing so, we may inquire about the customer's situation and necessary measures, or ask the customer to provide such information in writing.
    8. In order to ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the tour, the Company may impose conditions such as the accompaniment of a caregiver or companion, the submission of a medical certificate from a physician, or changes in the content of a part of the course. In addition, if the Company is unable to arrange the measures requested by the customer, the Company may refuse the application for the tour contract or cancel the tour contract. In addition, the cost of any special measures taken by the Company for the customer based on the customer's request shall, in principle, be borne by the customer.
    9. In the case of (1), (2), (6), (7), or (8) of this paragraph, if it is necessary for us to contact you, we will contact you within one week from the date of application for (1) and (2), and within one week for (6), (7), and (8) in principle from the date of your request.
    10. If, in the Company's judgment, a passenger becomes ill, injured, or otherwise requires medical attention during the tour, the Company will take the necessary measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the tour. Any and all costs associated with such measures shall be borne by the Participant.
    11. Separate excursions for the convenience of customers are not permitted as a general rule. However, we may accept such a request under different conditions depending on the course.
    12. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation in the tour if, in the Company's judgment, the passenger is likely to cause inconvenience to other passengers or interfere with the smooth implementation of the group activities.
    13. We reserve the right to refuse applications for other business reasons.

    1. The tour fee must be paid on or after the 60th day prior to the start of the tour and prior to the 21st day prior to the start of the tour. If the application is made on or after the 21st day counting back from the day before the start of the tour, the payment shall be made by the date specified by the Company before the start of the tour.

      For reservations made via the Internet, only credit cards are accepted as payment methods.

       

    1. Please cancel your tour reservation by yourself from the "Reservation Details" page.

      If the customer cancels the contract for his/her own reason after the tour contract has been concluded, the customer shall pay the prescribed cancellation fee.

      • If the date of cancellation is after the commencement of the trip or in the event of no-show, an amount of 1001 TP3T of the trip fee will be charged.
      • In the case of an arranged tour contract that includes a chartered aircraft, an arranged tour contract that includes a cruise itinerary of 3 nights or more in the itinerary, and other separately announced arranged tour contracts, a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount specified in the pamphlet.
      • Please refer to the following "Terms and Conditions of Travel Agency Contracts" for detailed information on cancellation of the contract.

The minimum number of participants is the number of people required for a course to run. In some cases, a trip may not be offered due to the number of participants being less than the minimum number. In this case, if the tour starts between 4/27 and 5/6, 7/20 and 8/31, or 12/20 and 1/7, the tour will be cancelled 33 days prior to the first day of the tour, and if the tour starts outside of these periods, 23 days prior to the first day of the tour. If the tour starts outside of the above period, the notice of cancellation will be given no later than the 23rd day prior to the start of the tour.

The contents and conditions of the tour contract will depend on the pamphlet or Internet homepage explaining the tour itinerary and other conditions for each course (hereinafter collectively referred to as "pamphlet"), the tour condition document, the final document called "final itinerary" (hereinafter referred to as "final itinerary") which will be delivered before departure, and the "terms and conditions of the tour contract" (hereinafter referred to as "terms and conditions"), The tour shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's General Terms and Conditions of Travel (hereinafter referred to as the "Company's General Terms and Conditions").
Please note that the contents of the brochure or Internet homepage may be changed after the tour contract is signed, but the conditions and tour fee at the time of the tour contract will apply.

Some courses may not be available for children and infants.
Infants do not have exclusive use of airline seats, meals, or hotel beds. This may be possible with an additional charge.

Due to local fire laws and regulations, we may not be able to accommodate the number of guests in a room. In such cases, we may contact you after your reservation is completed.
