Article 2 (Booking and Payment)
A booking is confirmed upon completion of the prescribed procedures on this Site.
In principle, full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking, but some services may allow for installment payments or deposits. Please check the details on each product page.
Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY), but actual charges are made in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations, etc.
Article 3 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)
The cancellation and refund conditions for each service are specified on the respective service's detailed page. Please be sure to check them in advance. If a refund is applicable, it will be remitted/refunded to the designated bank account or credit card.
